Immediate Needs: I believe that it’s important
that LCDC be seen as an active performing group even while it’s still
developing an organizational structure and administration so that both aspects
of the group mature at a similar rate and that we have something to show for
ourselves when it’s time to incorporate as a 501(c)3
nonprofit. For that reason LCDC dancers
should begin working together as soon as possible as well as have active
members and supporters that are non-dancers as much as is possible. Obviously, everybody is a volunteer to start.

Company Members:
Must be available for class/rehearsal at least 3x
per week, 2-3 hrs. per meeting.
Must give priority to attendance of company
rehearsals and events wherever possible.
Must actively participate in fundraising events and
programs.
Must purchase shoes, tights, makeup, and other
performance accessories. Whenever
possible, the CoOp will make or purchase costumes.
Administrative Members:
Must be available for meetings 2x per month.

and appearances wherever possible.
